The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was signed into law on March 23, 2010 and impacts many facets of health care in this country.  Implementation of the various provisions of the law is staggered over a 10 year period.  Regulatory agencies are providing guidance on how each specific provision will be implemented prior to taking effect.
