Keller is a privately held employee benefits brokerage firm dedicated to providing high quality consulting-level services to employers of all sizes. 

Keller currently has 400 Washington and Baltimore metropolitan area clients, ranging in size from several to 1,000 employees.  Our clients represent key industries in this region, including publicly traded corporations, trade and professional associations, educational and charitable organizations, law firms, and government contractors. Many Keller clients have multiple sites, with employees located throughout the U.S. and overseas.

Our consultative approach means that we learn your business objectives, employee demographics, and corporate philosophy before we design your benefit programs.  We outline strategies and advise you on alternatives, including ones that are outside the traditional approaches.  Our goal is to help you implement creative benefit strategies that meet today's needs, while planning for the future.

Our staff of professionals has multi-dimensional experience, including specialities and cross-training in underwriting, funding alternatives, taxation, legislative compliance, cafeteria plans, consumer-driven plan designs, managed care programs, retirement plans and human resources.  Our benefit consultants have an average of 20 years of industry experience, while our account managers have an average of 15 years of industry experience. 

Our team strategy ensures that your employee benefit needs are met at all times.  Each Keller client is serviced by a primary consultant supplemented by at least one dedicated account manager.  Additional resources and staff provide continuity of service and comprehensive advice.
