We work with you to design communications to keep your employees informed and educated about their benefits. We offer customized support, including benefit brochures, FAQs, employee surveys, and presentations. We include the most up-to-date notifications to avoid penalties under federal laws, including COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare and the Affordable Care Act. We regularly conduct open enrollment and educational employee meetings.

In addition, if something goes wrong, employees need an experienced advocate at their side. The Keller account team will provide support with claims resolution, coverage interpretation, eligibility issues, and other assistance as needed.
