Andrea joined Keller Benefit Services in 2003, having previously served as Marketing Director for a financial planning firm.  She established the Keller/Ogilvy Senior HR Roundtable, a joint venture with Ogilvy Public Relations, which now includes almost 100 senior HR executives of who meet monthly to exchange best practices in human resources. Her background includes 20 years of experience in managed care marketing and operations as well as biomedical consulting and research. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
