Deborah L. Berman, Principal/Consultant

Deborah joined Keller Benefit Services in 1988.  Deborah is responsible for the design, implementation and active management of competitive welfare benefit and fringe benefit plans for mid-sized and large client accounts.  She concentrates on strategy, compliance, claims analysis, as well as financial and policy negotiations. Deborah frequently speaks at seminars for professional groups regarding health care costs and legislation. Prior to joining Keller, she was an account executive with BlueCross BlueShield. Deborah earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
