Matt joined Keller Benefit Services in 2008. Matt is responsible for claims data analyses, eligibility and billing issue resolution, claims resolution and coverage interpretation, SPD review, online benefit portal maintenance, and the day-to-day support of existing clients. Matt earned his degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and is currently a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
