Tamara joined Keller Benefit Services in 2005. Tamara is responsible for the solicitation of bids, eligibility and billing issue resolution, claims resolution and coverage interpretation, SPD review, online benefit portal maintenance, benefit statement preparation, and day-to-day support of clients. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and is currently a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
