Tammy joined Keller Benefit Services in 1997.  Tammy earned her B.A. degree from Howard University.  Tammy is responsible for the solicitation of bids, analysis of plan design and cost, communication and implementation of benefits and the day-to-day support of clients.  Tammy is a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
