Tim joined Keller Benefit Services in 1990. He has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits and human resources. Tim specializes in managing retirement plans for clients; to include plan design, implementation, investment education, due diligence reviews and vendor evaluation. Tim holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA, specializing in finance and human resources, from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He also has earned his CEBS, CCP and SPHR designations.  Tim is a licensed stockbroker and registered investment advisor representative.
