Trudie J. Doudna, Principal/Consultant

Trudie joined Keller Benefit Services in 1998.  She has over 15 years of industry experience. Trudie specializes in the design, implementation and active management of competitive welfare and fringe benefit plans for mid-sized and large client accounts.  Trudie concentrates on strategy, compliance, claims analysis, as well as financial and policy negotiations.  She frequently speaks at seminars for client and professional groups regarding health care trends and legislation. Prior to joining Keller, She was the Manager of the Broker Department at Aetna/U.S. Healthcare. Trudie earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland and is currently a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
