Massachusetts first enacted state health care reform in 2006 to increase access and mandate health coverage for its residents. The reform has been amended over the past few years in light of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). There are updated fees and new health care reporting requirements starting in 2018 for employers who have 6 or more employees working in Massachusetts,.
