With 30 years of industry experience, Deborah specializes in the design, implementation and active management of benefit plans for clients. Deborah concentrates on multi-year strategy and specializes in negotiating financials and contractual provisions. She is adept at collaborating with senior leadership to develop tactical solutions.
Deborah is passionate about wellbeing and enjoys advising clients on the latest research to support healthy, engaged employees. She sets the trend at Keller, too, logging steps on her treadmill desk.
Deborah graduated from the University of Maryland (cum laude) and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In her free time, Deborah enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, kayaking and jet skiing.

Meredith provides day-to-day support to clients. She specializes in developing custom communications, managing online portal systems and resolving complex claim issues. Meredith enjoys advocating on behalf of employees and conducting open enrollment meetings.
Her favorite part about working at Keller is the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, which fosters a unique atmosphere where staff members are constantly learning from each other, allowing Keller to provide the best experience for our clients.
Meredith graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with degrees in Psychology and Communications. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
Adina is our legislative guru and webmaster. She enjoys researching, interpreting, and tracking benefits legislation, and then making sense of it for our clients. She specializes in health insurance reform, disability leave, and flexible compensation. Adina’s favorite part of her day is creating solutions that meet employer goals and comply with the applicable laws.
Prior to joining Keller, Adina was an attorney on FTC & CPSC matters. She earned her BA in Political Science and JD degrees from George Mason University and is a member of the Virginia bar.
Adina was born and raised in Maryland. She is committed to public service, currently serving as Treasurer of her condominium association and having previously served as a Chief Election Officer for Fairfax County, Support Branch Director for the Fairfax Medical Reserve Corps, and Radio Repair Specialist for the U.S. Army Reserves. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and swing dancing.
Cooper is one of our newest employees and is responsible for client support, claim resolution, benchmarking, and analysis of benefit offerings. Prior to joining Keller, he worked as a customer service associate for PNC Bank in the Pittsburgh area, where he honed his client relationship skills.
Cooper graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and earned a degree in finance with a minor in chemistry. He is from Latrobe, Pennsylvania, famous for brewing Rolling Rock beer, hosting training camp for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and is the home of the late, great Arnold Palmer. In his free time, Cooper enjoys playing golf and basketball, spending time with family and friends, and exploring unique food spots in the DC area.
Cindy provides day-to-day support and enjoys client interaction and problem-solving. As a creative writer with great editing technique, she specializes in custom communications.
Prior to joining Keller, Cindy was a Senior Human Resources Legal Specialist at a large financial services firm. She hails from Western New York and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
She lives in Maryland with her husband, a native Washingtonian, and their two kids. In her free time, Cindy enjoys reading, tennis, organizing and interior design and thinking about eventually starting one of the many projects she has pinned on Pinterest.
Trudie provides benefit consulting services for large employers. She stays current on industry trends and provides strategy and guidance regarding all aspects of health and welfare plans. Trudie specializes in in implementing comprehensive and competitive multi-year benefit strategies.
Trudie has served on local and national broker advisory councils, including UnitedHealthcare and CareFirst BCBS. With almost 25 years of industry experience, she frequently speaks at seminars for professional groups regarding health care trends and legislation.
Trudie was born and raised in the local area and earned her degree from the University of Maryland. She enjoys attending sporting events with her husband and kids, as well as cooking and traveling.
Trudie will celebrate her 20th anniversary with Keller in 2018.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Margaret is a frequent speaker at professional employee benefit forums and has served on broker advisory boards for several insurance carriers, including CIGNA, Aetna, and CareFirst BCBS.
Margaret specializes in funding alternatives, underwriting and rate negotiation. During her career, she has worked with union plans, association membership plans as well as for profit and not-for-profit employer plans. Prior to Keller, Margaret was a consultant at Marsh’s association division, Seabury & Smith.
Margaret is Keller’s majority stockholder, and has been with the firm for over 30 years. She comes from a long line of native Washingtonians. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Bridgewater College and holds both CLU and CEBS designations.
Matt is our newest benefits consultant, after spending several formative years as an account manager at Keller. He is responsible for small and mid-sized client accounts, with a concentration on strategy and financial analysis.
Matt earned his degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and is currently a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In his free time, he is a talented musician and golfer.
Natalie is one of our newest Account Managers and provides day-to-day support to clients. Her responsibilities include employee advocacy, open enrollment processes and benchmark reporting.
Prior to joining Keller, Natalie worked in event planning with roles that ranged from special event coordination to implementing registration systems for large trade shows and conferences. Natalie’s background honed her customer service skills and multi-tasking abilities.
After a childhood spent in 4 countries and 3 different states, Natalie attended Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where she majored in History and minored in Art History. In her free time, she is a dedicated equestrian and hiker.
Angie manages all accounting and fiscal matters for Keller. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Buena Vista University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving and family history research. She also volunteers with local non-profits working to end violence against women and homelessness. She has served as treasurer and chair on a variety of non-profit boards over the past 15 years.
Angie will celebrate her 10th anniversary at Keller next year.
Katie is responsible for the day-to-day support of clients. She specializes in online benefit solutions and creating custom communications. She enjoys solving complex plan issues with out-of-the-box solutions for our clients.
Prior to joining Keller, Katie was responsible for benefit administration and employee onboarding as an HR specialist at a large financial services firm. She received her bachelor’s degree from American University and has earned her GBA and PHR designations.
Katie is an avid yogi who enjoys traveling, cooking, and trying new local restaurants with her husband.
Marsha provides day-to-day support to clients, with a specialty in solving complex claim, billing and enrollment issues. She enjoys presenting to employees at open enrollment and meeting with them throughout the year. Her favorite part about working at Keller is establishing friendly, long-term professional relationships with clients.
Marsha’s past industry experience includes account management at a national health care firm. Marsha is a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In her spare time, she enjoys music festivals, comedy clubs, time at the lake and beach, reading, and politics. She also likes volunteering at her daughter’s school.
In 2017, Marsha celebrated her 20th anniversary with Keller.
Sharon has manned our reception desk with a bright smile for over 15 years. She directs all incoming calls, greets our guests, and assists with data entry needs.
Chelci is one of our newest staff members and provides day-to-day support to clients in her role as account manager. She specializes in employee wellness and enjoys seeing employees improve their health through the power of knowledge and resources. Our clients appreciate her excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
Prior to joining Keller, Chelci worked in the employee benefits field at Aon Hewitt and The Jacobs Company, and as a health and wellness coach at Business Health Services.
Chelci graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Dietetics. In her free time, she enjoys boating, singing karaoke, and spending time at the beach.
Kristy’s primary responsibilities include bid solicitation, analysis of plan design and cost, client communications, and day-to-day client support. Prior to joining Keller, she worked as a Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Agency in Boston.
Kristy earned both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration and her Masters of Business Administration at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and exercising.
Lynne is responsible for ensuring clients maintain compliance with benefits legislation, including health care reform, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, cafeteria plans, and related tax codes. With 30 years of industry experience, Lynne frequently speaks at seminars for client and professional groups regarding health care legislation.
She graduated from James Madison University and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. She enjoys skiing, finishing all NYT Sunday puzzles, and traveling with her family. Lynne and her husband are both from DC and have raised their children in Anne Arundel County.
Lynne celebrated her 30th anniversary with Keller in 2017.
Laurie has over 30 years of industry experience and specializes in the design, implementation and active management of benefit plans for large client accounts. As a former Cigna group underwriter, she enjoys analyzing claims and renewal underwriting. She has particular expertise in funding alternatives and enjoys creating out-of-the-box solutions for clients.
Laurie earned her degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Laurie and her husband live in Northern Virginia and have two sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, history, reading and baking.
Laurie celebrated her 25th anniversary with Keller in 2017.
Ariana’s primary responsibilities include client support, benchmarking, analysis of group benefit offerings, claims resolution, coverage interpretation, communication materials, and carrier bid solicitation. Prior to joining Keller, she worked as a Revenue Accounting Analyst at Norfolk Southern Corporation in Atlanta.
Ariana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in Finance, minored in French, and received a certificate in International Business. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys traveling, watching home improvement shows, and spending time with family and friends.
Tamara provides day-to-day support to clients. She specializes in managing online communication and enrollment portals. Tamara’s favorite part of working at Keller is assisting employees with claim issues and translating complex insurance jargon into easy-to-understand terms.
She earned her degree from the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and is currently a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Tamara enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. She celebrated her 12th year with Keller in 2017.
Abbey is responsible for the day-to-day support of clients. She specializes in complex claim issues and wellness strategies. Her favorite part of working at Keller is connecting with clients and their employees, and advocating on their behalf.
Prior to joining Keller, Abbey was an Account Consultant at UnitedHealthcare. Abbey received her degree from the University of Maryland. She enjoys running and has started competing in local marathons.
Spencer joined Keller as an account manager. His primary work focuses on client support, including custom benchmarking and claims resolution. He excels at system-workflow automation and managing online benefit platforms. He enjoys facing new challenges and finding creative solutions. Spencer’s outgoing personality makes him a natural for employee presentations and talking to prospective clients.
Spencer has earned the CEBS designation, and is a graduate of Occidental College. Following graduation, Spencer interned at Gallagher Benefit Services, an international benefit brokerage firm. Spencer is an avid swimmer and runner, and served as captain of the varsity swimming and diving team in college.
Jen has 15 years of benefit industry experience. She specializes in the design and implementation of creative solutions for small and mid-sized client accounts. She enjoys researching the latest healthcare trends and developing benefit programs that attract multi-generational employees. Jen concentrates on strategy and claims analysis, as well as financial and policy negotiations.
Jen graduated from Towson University and holds the CEBS designation. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading and traveling, but most weekends you can find her on a soccer field cheering on her kids!
Candice has over 20 years of benefit industry experience. She is responsible for day-to-day support of clients, and specializes in complex claims resolution.
Prior to joining Keller, Candice worked at Prudential Healthcare in account management. Candice attended the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and other outdoor activities with her husband and two Chihuahuas, Alvin and Theodore.
In 2017, Candice celebrated her 18th year with Keller.
Theresa handles all aspects of Keller’s day-to-day operations, including human resources and facilities management. Theresa has extensive experience in the insurance industry, including stints at a large benefits brokerage firm and State Farm prior to joining Keller in 1998. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and photography.
Theresa will celebrate her 20th anniversary with Keller in 2018.
